  • Face Data:-We may collect face data for Selfie Attendance. Please note, you won’t be able to share face data unless you explicitly give us permission to access your device’s.

  • Camera:-Furthermore, you will be clearly shown what face data is being shared with us and you can control whether or not you want to share this data.

Usage Data



We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.



Tracking & Cookies Data



We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

  • To detect, prevent and address technical issues.

  • The type of device you use and its operating system.

  • To send promotional messages via SMS.

  • To send promotional messages via Push Notifications(Web and Android App).

  • To send promotional messages via WhatsApp messages.

  • To personalize user's experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

  • To improve our website in order to better serve you.

  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature.

  • To quickly process your transactions.

  • To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products.

SalarySlip does not use your face data or photos for any reason other than to record your attendance. Your face data is not shared with any 3rd party. Uploaded content is stored at the online secured data storage and displayed to your organisation exclusively during your use of the services.


SalarySlip uses only secure places of storage, such as Amazon Web Services. Amazon is located in the United States of America. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is designed and built to meet rigorous compliance standards, providing high levels of security for all AWS customers. Every AWS Region is compliant with applicable national and local data protection laws.


SalarySlip also integrate in the application the following platforms:-



  • Clevertap:-behavioral analytics platform for product intelligence helping SalarySlip understand user behavior and build engaging experiences.

  • Firebase:-a Google's mobile platform, helping SalarySlip develop a high-quality application.

  • Sentry:-an error monitoring platform helping SalarySlip discover, triage, and prioritize errors in the application real-time.

  • AppsFlyer:-a mobile attribution and marketing analytics platform helping SalarySlip market the application.

SalarySlip does not control third party platforms, websites or online services, and SalarySlip is not responsible for their actions. These platforms, websites and online services follow different rules regarding the collection, use and sharing of your personal information. SalarySlip encourages you to read the privacy policies of these platforms, websites and online services to find out more about how your usage data may be used by these vendors.


Transfer Of Data



Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to India and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.


SalarySlip will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

You have a right to access to your personal data processed by SalarySlip and right to data portability

This means that you can ask SalarySlip what personal data of yours is processed. You can also ask for the clarifications on the information described above, i.e. purpose of collecting and processing, period of processing, third parties which have access to information. You have a right to request from SalarySlip your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit those data to another controller, if the processing is based on your consent or on contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.



You have a right to request from SalarySlip to rectify your personal data

This means you can require all the inaccurate personal data concerning you being corrected. You can also complete the personal data if you feel there is a need to do so.

You have a right to request SalarySlip to erase personal data

You can request SalarySlip to erase personal data if its processing is no longer necessary to achieve purposes for which it was collected as well as if there are no legal grounds for the processing. For this purpose, you can contact us at support@SalarySlip.in. In most cases, SalarySlip will erase it unless otherwise required by legislation.

You have a right to restrict the processing of your personal data by SalarySlip

In some cases, prescribed by law you will be able to restrict the processing of your personal data, for example, if you contest the accuracy of your personal data being processed or in case SalarySlip is not interested in processing of your personal data any longer, but you want SalarySlip to do this on different reasons, for example, to bring some claim for somebody and, instead of the erasure of information, its processing will be just restricted.

You have a right to withdraw your consent

You can withdraw your consent for the collection and processing of your personal data by SalarySlip at any time by contacting us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. After we at SalarySlip receive such a withdrawal request from you, we will process it in a timely manner and we will no longer process your personal data, unless otherwise is set by law. You can turn off SMS /notifications/reminders directly using the app.

You can request for a feature

We are continuously adding in new features to the app. You can raise a request for a new development using the “Request a feature” button on the app. However, SalarySlip is under no obligation to work on and develop all requests. We also make no promise to commit to a certain timeline for development.

You have a right to object to processing of your personal data by SalarySlip

In some cases, prescribed by the applicable laws you can object to processing of your personal data.

You have a right to object to processing of your personal data when the processing is related to the performance of our task carried in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in us; or we process your data to pursue our or third party’s legitimate interests, and you believe that such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

If you make a request objecting to processing, we will no longer process the personal data unless we are able to demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing.

Please note that when processing of your personal data is carried for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to such processing without providing any justification. We will no longer process your data for such direct marketing purposes. You may refer to relevant sections of this Privacy Policy to learn whether we process your data for direct marketing purposes.

How to exercise your rights as to your personal data?



Any requests to exercise your rights can be directed to SalarySlip by writing to support@SalarySlip.in. These requests are free of charge.

SalarySlip will provide information on action taken on your request related to your rights specified above within one month of receipt of the request for the longest. That period may be extended by two further months if SalarySlip is overwhelmed by the number of requests or the request at issue is complicated and requires a lot of action. SalarySlip will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for such delay.

If you have doubts as to our reply or reaction, or absence of such, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority that is empowered to process such complaints in your country.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.



The customer shall not, directly or indirectly, disclose Personal Information to any person other than its Authorized Persons (an "Unauthorized Third Party"), unless and to the extent required by Government Authorities or Applicable law.



The customer will be responsible for any changes/omissions/damages done by an “Unauthorised Third Party” concerning the treatment of such Personal Information.



If an unwanted breach is noticed, the customer is required to promptly report the incident to support@SalarySlip.in along with all necessary information.



Service Providers



We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

                                                    

Refunds

            


SalarySlip is not liable to process any refund in any scenario. You will be required to make payment of subscription fees for the use of the application.


Customers are also advised to generate the invoices right after the purchase of the subscription. Customers can also request a GST claim or changes in the invoice (stating a valid reason for the change) by dropping an email to support@SalarySlip.in within a maximum of one month from the purchase date.


Any payments made via bank transfers, cheques, or payment links could take 24-48 hours to be processed. Only post the confirmation of the receipt via these medium, will the activation of the subscription be done. No refund requests can be initiated during this period.



Cancellation

UPI and Net Banking Transactions cannot be cancelled after initiating the transaction. If the User has entered the wrong account number/VPA ID, then the Company is not a liable party in the transaction.


All UPI transactions are real-time and if there is any delay in the end of the transaction then the User can check with the support team of SalarySlip at support@SalarySlip.in after a 30 mins cool period.



Debit Card/Credit Card


If the User has any issues related to transactions linked with Debit/Credit card, then the User must report the same Via mail support@SalarySlip.in


The Company will respond and try to resolve the issue in the given escalation matrix as per the Company’s internal processes and policies.

All refunds will be processed by following the validation of the transaction from case to case basis in the given legal framework.

Escalation matrix remains the same for the Refunds/Cancellation for all the transactions.



The Company allows the Users to export the PDF from its account which the User can share with its customer as a statement/reminder for collections.



Biometric Devices


SalarySlip will not be responsible for damage and/or delay due to unforeseen circumstances during the transit of biometric devices.



If the User has any manufacturing defects/ issues related to biometric devices, they must report the same to the manufacturer of the devices directly. SalarySlip is not liable for these defects.


No refund will be provided on the purchase of any biometric device under any circumstance.


One-time support (conducted virtually only) for the integration of biometric devices with the SalarySlip app can be requested via support@SalarySlip.in.



The Company will respond and try to resolve the issue in the given escalation matrix as per the Company’s internal processes and policies.



All refunds will be processed by following the validation of the transaction from case to case basis in the given legal framework.



Live Track Terms of Use

                                              

Authorized use of the Services


The Live Track Service enables the owner of a device with SalarySlip App installed on it (the “Device”) to track the live location of a user added to the owner’s SalarySlip Account (the “User”). You agree that no one other than the User can authorize SalarySlip to share their location with the Owner. You also agree that the Device must be in the possession of the owner of the Device at all times when a LiveTrack invitation is active. Any other uses of the Services are not authorized by SalarySlip and are undertaken at your own risk. If SalarySlip has a reasonable belief that you use the Services for purposes other than those listed above, SalarySlip reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services immediately. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you must not use the Services to stalk, harass, harm or threaten to harm, or to invade the privacy of, any person.


SalarySlip will not be responsible for the accuracy of the GPS location because of device faults, use of old devices, and internet connectivity or any other reason.


Permission for tracking live location can to be taken by the administrator of the account from the employee via the app. Only post approval by the employee, the location will be tracked for a maximum of 8 hours, post the marking of attendance of the employee. The employee reserves the right to turn off the sharing of their location at any time using the application.



Compliance with laws and regulations




You agree to ensure that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations in your area regarding the use of location tracking products and services. SalarySlip will not be responsible for your use of the Services in violation of any laws or regulations.


SalarySlip is required by any court, government or other regulatory body to disclose the information if required, to the extent required by law.


Disclaimer of Certain Damages




IN NO EVENT WILL SalarySlip BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT SalarySlip IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Any use of the Services is at your own risk. SalarySlip makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Services or about the results to be obtained from using the Services.
